Free ground delivery to your home
(most orders to most locations, Lower 48 States,
some frozen orders will have a 2-Day Air one-rate fee).
Free 12th month with Subscription. After 11 continuous
months, you will be credited with the lowest shipment
amount (exclusive of sales taxes and delivery fees) to be
credited towards your 12th month Subscription purchase.
One per household/address. Must enter your Member Benefits
Code in cart Checkout.
Free dog Birthday gift with Subscription. Eligible after the 6th
continuous month. Must register dog's name, sex at birth and
birthdate at time of Sign Up or email it to us.
Free with Subscription, to change brands, products,
flavors/recipes, quantities and the frequency of order
(but at least 1 per month to maintain your 12th month benefit),
or to pause or cancel (for pause or cancel, please do so at
least 7 days before your next shipment date).
Products are fresh and therefore perishable. There are no
returns nor refunds. If an order is shipped frozen arrives cold
to touch, consider it good and promptly refrigerate/freeze.
